Terms & Conditions of A.TREASURE OÜ Web Store
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms of sale govern the legal relationship between A.TREASURE OÜ (registry code 16388439, address Astangu tn 50/1-44, Tallinn, Estonia, hereinafter "Seller"), the owner of the online store MyProvince (www.myprovince.ee), and the person making a purchase from the online store (hereinafter "Buyer").
1.2. In addition to these terms, purchases made from the online store are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these terms. Any amendments and additions shall take effect upon their publication on the website. The terms in force at the moment of placing the order shall apply to the Buyer.
2. Age Restriction (18+) and Alcoholic Beverages
2.1. Products sold in the online store include alcoholic beverages. According to the Estonian Alcohol Act, purchasing alcohol is permitted only to persons who are at least 18 years of age.
2.2. The Buyer is required to confirm their age (at least 18 years) through the website's age verification before proceeding with any purchase or adding items to the cart.
2.3. Upon delivery of the goods via courier, the courier is legally obligated to demand an identity document (ID card, passport, or driving license) from the recipient. Goods shall be handed over only to an adult (18+). If the recipient cannot prove their age with a valid document, the courier has the right to refuse delivery, and the Seller may cancel the transaction.
3. Prices and Ordering
3.1. All prices displayed in the online store are in Euros (€) and include value-added tax (VAT) applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
3.2. To make a purchase, the Buyer selects the desired products, specifies the quantities, and adds them to the cart.
3.3. To complete the order, the Buyer proceeds to checkout and fills in the required fields (first name, last name, email, phone, address, city, postal code).
3.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing true and correct information. The Seller is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate details.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment for the order is processed via secure payment methods provided by our payment partner Montonio Finance UAB.
4.2. Payments can be made using Baltics bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, etc.) and credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
4.3. To ensure security, payments are processed in the secure environment of Montonio. The Seller has no access to the Buyer's bank or card details.
5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. Goods are delivered within Estonia. Delivery is carried out via courier service directly to the Buyer's address.
5.2. Delivery is free or according to the price specified in the shopping cart. The standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from receipt of payment.
5.3. We remind you that shipments containing alcoholic beverages are handed over only to an adult recipient (18+) after identity and age verification by the courier.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
6.1. The Buyer (if a consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been opened or are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (including opened bottles of alcohol or products with damaged excise stamps).
6.3. To return goods, a free-format withdrawal request must be sent to the Seller's email anuaare@gmail.com within 14 days. Returned goods must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
6.4. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for return is that the goods do not conform to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective product).
7. Personal Data Processing (Privacy)
7.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data (first name, last name, phone, email, address, payment data) in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.2. Personal data is used only for processing and delivering orders and maintaining customer relationships.
7.3. The Seller forwards necessary personal data for processing payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1. The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity or defect of the goods sold which exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years.
8.2. In case of a defect, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller within two months by sending an email to anuaare@gmail.com.
8.3. If the Buyer and the Seller are unable to resolve a dispute by agreement, the Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (komisjon.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
